To set up a Document Depository, all we need is a copy of the Case Management Order (CMO) or Pre-Trial Order (PTO) designating Cooksey & Company as the Document Depository and Deposition Reporters for the case.
If a CMO or PTO does not yet exist, a Letter of Intent to so designate by one of the parties in the case will suffice.
We will also need a copy of the Case Caption and Service List.
